Oklahoma Islamic School Foundation (OISF) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 2014 and qualified as a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) under a new Oklahoma law known as the “Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Act” to provide scholarships called Oklahoma Private School Opportunity Scholarships (OPSOS) for students attending a Islamic school in the state of Oklahoma. OPSOS is a tool designed to take advantage of this new tax credit scholarship law in Oklahoma and help make a Islamic school education more affordable and accessible for all children.OPSOS provides exciting new benefits for Oklahoma students, families, schools, and donors.

OPSOS will emphasize scholarship help for lower and middle-income Oklahoma students. Students and families will now have more affordable school choice than ever. Accredited private schools will now have a powerful tool for building tuition scholarship capacity. Participating donors and sponsors will now be eligible for generous Oklahoma tax credits. What makes OPSOS such an attractive tool for you is that individuals, married couples and businesses receive a state income tax credit worth up to 75 percent of the amount of their contribution to OPSOS! That tax credit, especially when combined with the charitable contribution deduction, dramatically lowers the net cost of your contribution to OPSOS.  Explore this scholarship and discover how you may benefit from this innovative program.
