Donate Via Mail

To donate by mail is simple…just follow these easy steps:

1. Print and complete the OISF Donation Form
2. Make your check payable to: Oklahoma Islamic School Foundation
3. Mail the check and completed form to:

Broken Arrow, OK  74013

As soon as we receive your donation and form, a letter of receipt will be e-mailed to you within 7-10 days.
