OISF offers an incredible opportunity to provide our Islamic schools with immediate access to greater financial resources, so they can better serve the educational needs of families and children in Oklahoma. We also have the chance to put our Islamic schools on strong financial footing for the long-term by developing a new model for financing and delivering an Islamic school education to more students and parents across the state, all at a very low net cost to the donor.
The possibilities for OISF are enormous and the implications far-reaching.
OISF can help:
- Fill the seats of current Islamic schools to capacity by serving students with financial need that desire an Islamic school education.
- Lessen the burden of families that are currently struggling to afford an Islamic school education.
- Decrease the subsidy required of communities that sponsor Islamic schools.
- Create a new model for financing Islamic schools that recognizes the value of an Islamic school to the larger community.
- Create a platform for growth for Islamic schools to serve a greater number of families and students across the state and in new locations.
- Empower parents to be able to choose the educational platform that best fits the needs of their children.
